How long will my item take to arrive?

We aim to ship all items as quickly as possible...

Standard shipping - orders will be posted the next working day and should arrive within two to three working days.

If for any reason we can't post your item within the usual timescale we will let you know at the earliest opportunity.

Do you ship outside the UK?

We can arrange shipment outside the UK by request. Please contact me at beestingclothing@gmail.com for pricing. 

Please note - the buyer will remain responsible for any taxes or import duties applicable in the country of purchase.

How do I return an item?

If you need to return an item, if for example it's the wrong size, please contact me directly at beestingclothing@gmail.com stating your order number and reason for return prior to returning the item. 

Please note - returns can only be accepted if the item is in an unworn condition. The buyer shall remain responsible for the returns postage cost.

Refunds and exchanges?

We're sure you'll be pleased with our product, but if you wish to receive a refund, please email me at beestingclothing@gmail.com, stating your name and order number and the reason for the refund request. Refunds are issued, less the original cost of postage. 

If you return an item and wish to receive an exchange for a different product or size, please email me stating your name and order number and the product you wish to exchange for.

  • In the event that the new item costs less than the original item a refund for the difference will be issued accordingly.
  • In the event that the new item costs more than the original item, the buyer will be sent an invoice for the remaining amount.
  • The buyer shall be responsible for 50% of the postage costs for the exchanged item.
